3. Shipping

Shipments are made via Bartolini (BRT) courier.
Shipping costs will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout.

4. Return Policy

Returns are accepted only in case of visible package damage upon delivery.

Since our products are intended for direct contact with the skin, no returns or exchanges are allowed for any other reason due to hygiene and health regulations.

In case of damaged package:

• The damage must be documented with photos at the time of delivery.

• Complaints must be sent within 48 hours of receipt to: info@thaiherbalcomfort.com.

• Any refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, only after verifying the returned material.

5. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

According to Art. 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal is excluded for:

• Goods made to measure or clearly personalized.

• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and have been opened after delivery.

6. Liability

NPE H.H.C. Kft is not responsible for delays or failure to deliver due to force majeure, courier delays, or incorrect information provided by the buyer.
